Our client wanted to create a how-to video in order to help and guide their customers on how to activate their debit orders – through a step-by-step process. The client also wanted to show the convenience and the easy -way of using a debit order. While implying that you don’t have to miss out on your favourite TV shows because you forgot to pay your account.

Behind the production
The client provided us with a trailer for the show and a step-by-step document. The team then come up with a theme and the design that matched the company brand document. The video needed to be short, engaging and communicate the message thoroughly. We created all the elements using different programs. In addition, the project timeline was 5 days. The team also came up with the script and then later converted it to a voice over.
